		<description>Sometimes you do know that people are not trying to be a pain and just don&#039;t know what to say. A woman I was talking with today asked me if my current pregnancy would be my first biological child and I wanted to hug her! I was elated that someone in my life knew the right words to use. Yea for proper terminology!</description>

		<description>For me, it&#039;s about how they ask. One mom from our MOMS Club was clearly interested in adoption as a concept, and haltingly asked the question, &quot;Did you try to ... have... ch.. a baby .. of ... your own baby?&quot; She was groping for the right words. I was able to nicely let her in on the terminology. &lt;br /&gt;
But I agree that some people are just plain rude about it!</description>
