I love my morning routine.

Each day I wake up with a cup of coffee made with my
new espresso machine, and read a few of the blogs I’ve got saved under favorites.
Drinking coffee in the morning is a new thing. I romantically purchased an espresso machine because I fell in love with the photo of the creamy froth laying seductively atop the coffee. I made a conscious decision that I'd have to start drinking coffee if I bought this machine.
Crazy, I know, but that's how it is. Funny thing is I don't every often actually make the frothy stuff, but just enjoy a very good cup of fresh ground Americano. - (You
coffee buffs will know exactly what I'm talking about)....

Anyway, back to the blogs.....I can’t possibly read all of them. With all
the blogging thats happening these days, and then my favorites linking to their favorites and so on, I’ve got more blog reading than my caffeine soaked veins could possibly handle in one morning.
Still, I always try to read
MamaDrama. It isn’t about foster adoption, or even adoption, but it
is about motherhood, families, and five women, crazy, funny, good writer types blogging about their thoughts and dreams and things gone wrong.
Sometimes I skim through the posts, sometimes I read intently, and once in a while
I laugh hysterically, wishing I was as gifted a writer.
These five moms, from different walks of life, with different ages and sizes and genders of children - some with dads and some not, let the rest of us families remember that motherhood is frustrating, rewarding, funny and exhausting - and you don't even have to have adopted for any of that to be true.
Anyway Mamas, Thanks for the excuse to drink coffee, and the laughs - I love your blog.
