		<description>That is just plain wrong. If you are cleared, your record should be clear and social services should not have the discretion of deciding what goes on your record.&lt;br /&gt;

That gives them more power than the court, and last time I checked this is the U.S. and we have a system of checks and balances in place.  Not arbitrary &quot;conviction.&quot;</description>

		<description>Kelly:  Even though this couple is in Indiana, virtually the same rules apply in Georgia, except that we have no way of challenging DFCS decisions in the courts.  Also, as far as I know, the allegations are not expunged  after a certain time period, but remain indefinitely.</description>
