I loved having four!

The kids are all fast asleep but I've got to get them up in a minute to get them to school.

It was actually really easy. They all tore through the house as soon as they got here.

The eldest was really cute. As we pulled up to our Christmas Lit home he declared: "You decorated for us!”

I told him we did it as a surprise for him.

He kept wandering around our home saying "Your house is so pretty, so pretty".

Even though it made me a bit sad, I am so happy that he seems to be doing well. He’s and his sister are both in first grade and there teachers like them! The third child is in pre-school and also doing well.

K showed them her room and all the toys got strewn around. I let them play for about an hour, then I fed them all cereal as a bedtime snack and they did a bedtime routine of teeth and pajamas before lying on the mattress on the floor.

They watched TV for a few minutes and all four children fell asleep before I could get into bed and turn off the TV!.

Wow! If I thought, it would be this easy every day and night I’d adopt a sibling group.

(You did not just read that Hubby).

I was so nervous about having the kids, but the first thing Hubby said when they walked in was:

"They don’t have that wild crazed look any more".

When we used to see the kids a lot, they did look sort of crazed. You could tell by looking that they could easily do a lot of damage to your property and soul. Last night they looked and acted like any other elementary aged kids.

I’m so happy and relieved and glad for them.

All day yesterday K would ask: Is it time to get the kids yet? Lets go get them, lets go lets go, until finally we did. She made herself stay awake all day so she would not miss a thing – even though we weren’t getting them till 7:30.

She had such a good time.

Homestudy caseworker
comes today.

I’m ready.
